When choosing for DHL Express, your order will be shipped out with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. 

  • The delivery time depends on your country but within 2-4 days your order will be delivered.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive anew shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
  • DHL ODD notify you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

Shipping time
Once your order has left our building, you’ll receive a shipment e-mail from us containing a tracking code that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door. Due to global COVID-19 measures, shipments may be delayed. Shipping period after receiving your conformation email:

Within the Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days
European orders: 3 to 8 working days
Intercontinental orders: 3 to 12 working days

We partner with a range of couriers depending on the area to deliver the packages. Final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.

Taxes & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.


If you want to return your item(s) please contact us (Dutch or English) within 14 days after purchase with your order number and reason, and we will get back to you soon. We will offer a complete refund if the item(s) are returned in perfect and unworn condition and original packing including the packing slip.

The item(s) must be returned in unworn condition in the original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.

How can I return my order?

When your return request has been authorised, we will contact you via e-mail with the return address and further details. To secure the arrival of your return, we always recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your item(s).

What are the costs to return my item(s)?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices. Exchanges shipped back to you are free of charge.

When do I get my refund?

After we received your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed in the warehouse. Within 15 days your refund will be made on the same account you paid the order with.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Can I also return a sale purchase?

Any purchases made during a sale are eligible for exchange or for store credit, no refunds.
